UK Operations Lead - Hands-On Builder for Growth

BJAK is seeking a Business Operations Lead for the United Kingdom to own the operational backbone of its UK business. You will ensure daily operations, internal systems, and customer-facing execution run smoothly at scale, partnering with the CEO to translate objectives into ground-level results.

This role is hybrid, based in the UK, and involves building and leading an operations and admin team, improving processes, and driving cost-effective, fast delivery across functions.
