UK ISAR Logistics Support & Known Consignor Officer

We're looking for highly organised and proactive Logistics Support & Known Consignor Officers to help ensure the UK International Search and Rescue (UK ISAR) team maintains full operational readiness for international deployments on behalf of the UK Government.

In this unique and fast paced role, you will:

• Lead Known Consignor (KC) compliance, ensuring all equipment movements meet CAA security standards.
• Manage UK ISAR's operational equipment and caches, keeping assets deployment ready at all times.
• Support mobilisation during international emergencies, coordinating personnel, equipment, and logistics.
• Maintain statutory compliance (LOLER, PUWER, PAT) and work towards INSARAG Logistics Classifier status.
• Contribute to programme delivery, including reporting, planning, assurance and training activities.

You'll work at the heart of a capability that responds to disasters worldwide, making sure teams can deploy rapidly and effectively when needed.

We have two positions available:

• 1 x full time role (35 hours per week)
• 1 x part time role (21 hours per week)

Salary: £44,571 per annum (salary is pro rata for part time role)

Salary increases in line with NJC Green book pay awards.

Fixed Term contract until 31st March 2029.
