For our UK Investment Banking division in London, we are looking to hire a

Senior Associate

Your role in the team:

After some exciting client wins, our UK Investment Banking team is looking to find a highly motivated indi-vidual to join our successful Metals & Mining sector team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate finance or investment banking or will be a high-calibre ACA professional looking to change ca-reers. Sector experience is a requirement.

What will you do?

• Working with the wider team on ECM, M&A and advisory mandates for new and existing clients
• Prepare and review pitch books and strategic presentation materials for company boards
• Undertaking detailed sector research and monitor mining sector news (equity market activity, com-pany performance, strategic activity and newsflow)
• Conduct financial modelling and sensitivity analysis as required
• Attending meetings and calls with mandated and potential clients, strategic investors and private equity

Who are we looking for?

• Degree Educated
• For ACA candidates, previous experience in Banking & Capital Markets, Valuations, Advisory, Transaction Services departments or similar is highly advantageous
• Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to a high quality of work
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to work in the Metals & Mining sector
• Excellent Excel and Powerpoint presentation skills
