UK Immigration Manager

Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled UK Immigration Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional immigration services to corporate and individual clients. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic oversight, team leadership, and expert guidance in UK immigration compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Immigration Specialists, ensuring efficient and accurate immigration case handling.


• Provide expert UK immigration advice across multiple visa types, including Skilled Worker, Family & Partner, ILR, British citizenship, and Sponsor Licence compliance.


• Ensure full compliance with UK immigration laws, staying updated with policy changes.


• Develop and implement streamlined immigration processes and internal procedures.


• Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, legal advisors, and relevant government authorities.


• Deliver training, guidance, and timely updates to internal teams on immigration matters.


• Monitor service performance, manage complex cases, and oversee immigration-related financials and data integrity.

Requirements

• OISC Level 1 certification (or higher).


• Extensive experience managing UK visa applications and immigration compliance.


• Proven team leadership experience in an immigration consultancy or relocation setting.


• In-depth knowledge of Home Office policies and UK immigration procedures.


• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and client relationship skills.


• Experience within corporate immigration is essential.


• Experience handling Sponsor Licence applications and compliance.
