UK & Ireland Pensions Strategy Lead

Bank of America seeks a UK & Ireland Senior Pensions Consultant to lead governance and design for UK/IE pension schemes. Based in London, you will collaborate with Trustees, HR, Finance and Legal to ensure sponsor oversight, regulatory compliance and member outcomes within a complex, matrixed structure.

You will drive design changes, lead actuarial and funding discussions, and provide strategic guidance on governance standards and risk management to senior stakeholders across the EMEA region.
