UK & Ireland HR Strategy Leader

Galderma Limited (UK) in London seeks a Head of HR UK & Ireland to lead strategic HR partnering and act as a trusted coach across the business. You will own employee lifecycle, workforce planning and culture initiatives, aligning local delivery with the global HR strategy.

Reporting to the Head of HR EMEAC, you will collaborate with Global Centres of Excellence to deliver high quality HR services and compliant people practices in a hybrid London environment.
