• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to align on project goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to clearly communicate your ideas.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and design consistency.
• Promote design thinking and user-centered principles across the team.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in visual design, UI patterns, and usability best practices.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong, relevant portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma - including components, design systems, and prototyping.
• Understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to present and explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
