UI Designer

We're looking for an exceptional Product Designer / UI Designer to join our team at UNRVLD to help us create meaningful, beautiful digital products for our clients and their customers. This is a 1-month contract to start immediately with the potential for extension.

As the Product Designer, you'll be an integral part of creating business-critical solutions for a wide range of clients and sectors, from renewable technology to fan engagement with global sports brands.

Responsibilities

1. Generate innovative, conceptual product designs that excite clients and set creative vision.
2. Develop site architecture and content plans.
3. Translate ideas into design concepts using sketching, mood boarding, wireframing, and prototyping.
4. Design responsive interfaces considering layout, typography, content, and animation.
5. Create solutions that deliver excellent user experiences while balancing business and technical needs.
6. Participate in design reviews, justify decisions, and respond to feedback.
7. Present work confidently to clients with clear rationale.
8. Support senior staff in project execution, new business, and agency tasks.
9. Ensure the quality of your designs and collaborate with developers for accurate implementation.
10. Plan and execute user research and testing for actionable insights.
11. Provide detailed handovers to developers, ensuring organized files and accurate user stories.
12. Collaborate with development to ensure the final product matches the design and perform QA on staging environments.
13. Assist in project estimates and contribute to the agency's design practices.
14. Share research and ideas to evolve our design process.
15. Stay updated on software and help improve design processes.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Online portfolio demonstrating experience in product design and versatility.
2. Experience in a digital agency or in-house product design team.
3. Experience with large-scale or complex digital products.
4. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
5. Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, InVision, Adobe Suite, Keynote.
6. Proficiency in sketching, wireframing, and prototyping techniques.
7. Ability to challenge colleagues and clients based on research.
8. Ability to work independently and in teams.
9. Strong planning and management skills for deliverables.
10. Consistently produce high-standard work meeting client objectives.
11. Professional attitude: focused, punctual, collaborative.
