Two part-time Medical Receptionists at Cults Medical Group

We are looking for two part-time Medical Receptionists to join our friendly Reception Team.
Position 1 - Monday and Thursday 8am - 6pm.
Position 2 - Tuesday and Friday 8am - 6pm.
Flexibility is required to work extra hours or change work pattern if required.
Salary dependant on experience.
Eligible to join NHS pension scheme.

Responsibilities and Candidate Specification

• Greet patients, warmly and assist them with check-in procedures, ensuring all necessary information is accurately collected and communicated.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and offer care navigation to our patients supported by our senior receptionists and the clinical team.
• Maintain organised patient records, update electronic health records and ensure strict confidentiality at all times.
• Following strict practice protocols for printing prescriptions, communicating messages to patients from the clinical team, scanning documents in addition to processing all administrative tasks with precision.
• Strong attention to detail, along with the ability to strictly adhere to processes and protocols and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a calm, helpful manner.
• Experience preferred but not essential.
• Support the practices daily operations ensuring the reception area remains clean, tidy and welcoming.
