We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate tutor(s) within Gloucestershire and the surrounding area to support young people who are currently out of education due to a range of needs, including having an EHCP, ongoing health conditions, or having been excluded from school.

The Role as a Tutor:

• One-to-one tuition in the young person's home or within the local community
• Support learners to re engage with education through personalised learning plans
• Deliver core subject tuition (and beyond where applicable)
• Build trust and confidence in a safe, supportive learning environment

Key Details for this Tutor:

• Flexible, temporary work based on the learner's individual needs
• Hourly pay - funded support provision
• Ongoing Tutor referrals available across Medway and surrounding areas

Ideal Candidate for this Tutor position:

• Experienced in working with SEND, SEMH, or disengaged learners
• Confident delivering lessons independently and adapting to varied needs
• Patient, empathetic, and resilient
• Able to travel locally for face to face tuition
