We are recruiting a Tubular Glass Expert (M/F) whose main mission will be to provide technical expertise to the Group's various plants in the field of tube converting (vials, ampoules and possibly cartridges).

Reporting to the Group Technical Manager, your main activities will be :

- Define and deploy standards in the field of tube converting (equipment selection and design, installation, set-up, maintenance, performance standards, EHS).

- Manage investment projects with sites, in particular in the definition phase (selecting the right equipment to meet the objective), supporting installation start-up and ramp-up.

- Manage internal and external benchmarking and technological studies,

- Manage the development of new processes and the development and improvement of equipment, with in-house teams and external suppliers.

- Support sites at operational level, by providing technical expertise,

- Support the successful execution of projects (technological development, process innovation, expansion).

- Monitor technological developments and define Group standards.

- Identify, define and share best practices, and lead the expertise network within the Group.

PROFILE:

- BAC+5 in engineering, master of science

- Minimum 15 years' experience with expertise in converting (tube loading, forming, processing and printing, annealing, inspection and packaging) for the production of vials and ampoules (ideally cartridges).

- Fluent English (spoken/written) is a must for this international position, and Italian would be a plus.

- You are recognized for your ability to work in teams, and to contribute to improving local skills. Your rigor, proactivity and innovative approach enable you to work in demanding environments.
