What You'll Be Doing- Deliver expert advice on trust creation, administration and complex tax matters
- Act as a specialist within a wider Private Client function - supporting teams across the business
- Lead on matters involving trust settlements and related documentation
- Play a visible role in driving high-value workstreams and supporting future team growth
- Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive (3-10 years PQE)
- Strong technical expertise across trusts and tax in a Private Client context
- Experience drafting trust-related documents and advising on IHT, CGT, and estate planning
- Proven ability to handle complex files independently and with commercial judgement
