The Opportunity:

We are seeking a hard-working, results-oriented Account Manager to join our Netherlands office. This is not a 9-5 role - we're looking for someone who takes initiative, owns their portfolio, and delivers outcomes. You'll manage an international client base, provide expert guidance on corporate structures, and help us grow our footprint both with current clients and through referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage a portfolio of client companies, providing guidance on corporate governance and legal structuring.
• Act as the go-to advisor for clients on regulatory, fiscal, and administrative matters.
• Set up and maintain corporate structures in good legal standing, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
• Build and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities via client referrals.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Client Accounting) on tax, banking, and administrative matters.
• Review and approve corporate documents, shareholder meeting minutes, proxies, and filings.
• Ensure client records and files are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
• Track productivity and financial KPIs, recording chargeable time via Maconomy for accurate invoicing.
• Adhere to internal compliance protocols including "Know Your Customer" (KYC) requirements.
• Act as director, trustee, or authorized signatory for client companies, where needed.
• Understanding of the obligations of a Trust Officer under the WTT2018 law.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Tax or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate services or financial services.
• Ideally you have experience working for trust company in Europe.
• Strong understanding of key regulations: CRS, FATCA, BEPS, ESR, etc.
• Commercially savvy with a proactive mindset - you see opportunities and act on them.
• Excellent interpersonal, client-facing, and communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
• A high level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a small, agile team within a global matrix organization.
