Trust & Safety Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Trust & Safety Representative responsible for reviewing user-generated, commercial, and advertising content across multiple platforms and applications.

• Authenticate account ownership and ensure the integrity of transactions, content, and user interactions in alignment with applicable local laws and regulations.

• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding and supporting the team to maintain high performance standards.

• Oversee and take accountability for team decisions, collaborating with cross-functional partners and contributing to key operational and strategic initiatives.

• Provide scalable solutions to complex issues that impact multiple teams and workflows.

• Apply advanced proficiency in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management; advanced knowledge of SAP Basis is recommended.

• Utilize advanced skills in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Platform, Application Remediation, Engineering Support, and IT Troubleshooting to support operational excellence.

• Develop and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of content review processes.

• Conduct training sessions to ensure team compliance with legal, regulatory, and platform-specific requirements.

• Analyze trends in user-generated content to identify emerging risks, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on trust, safety, and compliance initiatives.

• Prepare regular reports on content review outcomes and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
