What you can contribute: - Telephone reception - Autonomy on site - Ensure quality and follow-up Schedule from Monday to Friday 08:00-13:15 and/or 12:45-18:00 What you bring: - Experience in reception in an environment that requires high added value - Experience in customer service/hospitality or luxury hotel - Autonomy, efficiency, and a keen sense of responsibility - Excellent customer service and hospitality skills, as well as discretion - Perfect command of French - Very good knowledge of English (minimum level B2) will be tested in English - Good knowledge of German (minimum level B1) will be tested in German - Proficiency with usual tools and task management - Prioritization, flexibility, dynamism, and enthusiasm - Successfully completed apprenticeship or equivalent - Impeccable integrity (background check of criminal records, financial registers, civil capacity, and any past or ongoing criminal proceedings in Switzerland, C, or B permit with authorized activity for more than 2 years) What we offer: - A permanent contract at 40% - Schedule from Monday to Friday 08:00-13:15 and/or 12:45-18:00 to be agreed upon - An interesting and extraordinary activity in an exciting and dynamic environment - Great autonomy - Position open in Geneva Do you have the right profile?
