Traveling Community Nurse - Home Care & Triage

Uniphar is seeking an experienced registered nurse for an on the road role covering the Leinster area. The position offers a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to become permanent based on performance.

You will assess referrals, sign post to services, and travel across the wider Leinster region. The role requires cannulation and IV administration in home and community settings, strong IT skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.
