Travel Sourcing Specialist

Travel Sourcing Specialist vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Consulting & Business Services sector.

Your tasks:

• Source and maintain relationships with travel vendors (airlines, hotels, car rentals, etc.), ensuring cost-effective, high-quality travel options for employees.
• Negotiate competitive rates and service agreements with travel providers, managing contracts and ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies.
• Analyze travel data to identify opportunities for cost savings, improved traveler experience, and process efficiencies.
• Assist in the management and monitoring of the corporate travel budget.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel sourcing, procurement, or corporate travel management.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing competitive rates with travel vendors.
• Proficient in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret travel data and trends.
• Knowledge of global travel policies and risk management best practices.
• Language skills: English fluent,German nice to have.
