Salary

£26,227.50 per annum plus uncapped commission.

Hours and Location

37.5 hours per week, including one Saturday in three weeks (9am 5pm). Monday to Friday 9am 6pm. Hybrid: work from our Crawley office at least three times a week.

Overview

The Travel team is growing. We're looking for passionate, customer focused Travel Consultants to help guests discover and book memorable escorted tours and holiday experiences with Titan Travel. Each conversation offers an opportunity to inspire, advise and build lasting relationships with our guests, guiding them from their first call to their next adventure.

Responsibilities

• Understand guests' interests and travel aspirations to recommend suitable itineraries.
• Provide exceptional service and support from the initial call through to completion of bookings.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with guests, enhancing their overall experience.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue through consultative selling.
