Travel ConsultantJoin an established, well respected travel company based in the Lancashire area who are expanding their travel team .With a passionate team of travel experts and a reputation for exceptional service, this role will be office based and working Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm. May consider part time hours min 3 days .What's on offer:

• Competitive basic salary of £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
• Discounted personal travel
• Monday to Friday hours (9:00am - 5:30pm) with some flexibility

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email, delivering expert, personalised advice
• Book Worldwide travel itineraries to suit individual client needs
• Prepare quotes and detailed information by email
• Provide outstanding after-sales service, ensuring a seamless customer experience

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Cruise Consultant or Corporate Travel Consultant
• Passion for travel and delivering exceptional service
• GDS experience is advantageous (full training provided)
• Excellent attention to details
