Amazon Transportation Services has built world class Middle Mile operations that rely on an exceptional pool of carriers. The TRC team seeks an Audit & Compliance Specialist to assess carriers' compliance against contractual and legal requirements, and drive a compliance culture internally and externally.
We seek an individual with technical abilities (Python, SQL, VBA, AI agents and workflows, etc.) and audit/compliance experience, preferably in transport. The candidate will conduct and manage carrier audits, identify legal, financial and reputational risks, produce detailed findings, and semi automate new audit workstreams to improve efficiency.
Key job responsibilities- Audit carriers to verify compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Provide precise audit reports to carriers and internal management teams, with actionable corrective and preventive action items.
- Semi automate and launch new audit workstreams, leveraging AI, Python, SQL, etc.
- Lead and/or participate in special projects and assignments as necessary.
- Conduct or manage audits, working collaboratively with Global Solutions Risk and Compliance, Legal, and Carrier Operations.
- Deliver audit reports with compliance driving recommendations.
- Attend team and stakeholder meetings to promote a compliance culture.
- Support carriers with compliance questions or doubts.
- Semi automate audit workstreams to increase speed and quality.
- Dive into new transportation programs and launch associated new audit workstreams.

Basic Qualifications- Experience working effectively across cross functional teams and partnering at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or industry role experience.
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian (reading, writing, speaking).
- Experience in risk/fraud analysis or compliance organizations.
- Fluency in Lithuanian, and/or Czech.
