- Behaviour Change & Research- Designing people-focused transport solutions and positively influencing travel behaviours to support more sustainable and inclusive mobility-now and into the future.
- Development Planning- Supporting planning applications and infrastructure delivery by securing development consent and discharging planning conditions.
- Economics & Business Case- Building robust business cases and conducting economic analysis to guide and justify transport investment decisions.
- People Movement & Accessibility - Enhancing how people navigate and experience spaces, ensuring transport systems are inclusive, efficient, and accessible to all.
- Public Transport and Active Modes - Research, policy and scheme development to get more people using rail, bus and active forms of transport.
- Strategic Advice- Working with clients to shape and define objectives, solve complex challenges, and identify the most effective policy, service, and infrastructure interventions.
- Transport Modelling & Data Analytics- Using data-driven insights and modelling tools to assess current and future transport scenarios, helping clients understand the impact of their decisions.
