Transport Customer Experience Coordinator

Yolk Recruitment is supporting an established manufacturing organisation by recruiting a Transport Customer Services Administrator to join their Customer Experience team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Immediate start is available.

You will coordinate customer service requirements for the Transport department, liaise with hauliers and Transport Planning, and deliver accurate delivery information while maintaining records across internal systems.
