Our client is a growing organisation looking to strengthen their operations team with a proactive and organised Transport Co-ordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step up and take more ownership within a fast paced environment.

As a Transport Co-ordinator, you will:

• Coordinate daily activities for field based teams
• Debrief teams and resolve any operational issues
• Plan and allocate workloads for the following day
• Monitor performance to ensure efficiency and service delivery
• Respond to challenges and adjust plans where needed
• Support improvements across planning and operations

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a coordination, logistics, or scheduling role
• Strong organisational and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, time critical environment
• Confident communication skills
• Good IT skills including Excel
• Full UK driving licence
