About the role

Responsible for optimizing global transportation and logistics by implementing innovative solutions to improve service, cost, and reliability. Leads carrier selection, contract negotiations, and tender processes with 4PL partners. Develops and monitors logistics performance metrics and budget compliance. Partners cross-functionally to enhance customer experience across B2B and Ecommerce.



Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for determining optimal transportation and logistics routings implementing innovative solutions across the global supply chain to improve the highest level of quality of service, transportation costs, transit times and reliability for B2B and Ecommerce Operations.


  • To maintain constantly the best transportation network, launch, jointly with our 4PL, regular tenders, conduct awarded Carriers selection, lead Rates and Service Level Agreement negotiations.


  • Establish & monitor Supply Chain - Logistic based performance measurement system, including periodic performance review, root causes analysis and improvements actions plan definition.


  • Develop and maintain, on a monthly basis, the distribution budget to ensure that services are provided at the required standard cost and within company financial targets.


  • Lead in developing, communicating, and implementing transportation best practices and state of the art market trends.


  • Key partner for cross-functional teams such as business units, Ecommerce, Customer Service, Logistics, and IT, working together to deliver excellent customer experience.


  • Develop KPIs, integrated analysis, reports and presentations to Management level. Use insights and analysis to identify new opportunities to deliver a greater customer journey.
