Overview

A thrilling opportunity has arisen for a Translations Team Leader to join a leading global investment firm in Dublin. This is a permanent, full-time in-house role, office-based Monday to Friday, with potential hybrid flexibility over time. Responsibilities
  • Co-lead an in-house European localisation team, overseeing quality, workflows, and delivery while partnering with another Team Leader.
  • Coordinate localisation projects, priorities, and resources.
  • Drive linguistic quality, workflows, and best practices.
  • Develop tone, language and style guides for European markets.
  • Manage external translation vendors and reporting.
Your background
  • Fluent English and a European language (in particular French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish).
  • Degree in Translation or Linguistics, or similar (MA desirable).
  • 5+ years' leadership experience in translation/localisation.
  • Experience with in the financial or legal industries.
  • Strong knowledge of CAT tools and TMS platforms (e.g. Phrase, MemoQ, Trados).
