What you'll do:

• Developing a transition management plan tailored to the target operational model.
• Assessing current services and detailing them into operational processes.
• Assessing current tools, categorizing them, and defining their role in the target situation (keep, replace, develop).
• Ensuring the transition plan is validated by all stakeholders.
• (Note: An OBE resource will handle stakeholder engagement and communication to support this mission.)
• Define an operational transition plan for services to be insourced into client from an external company.
• The plan should include a roadmap for services, tools, and resources, evolving from the current model to the target operating model.
• Pay special attention to tools, defining categories and actions required for tool readiness in the target operational model.
• Define a phased execution plan to minimize operational disruption during the transition period.
• Expected Deliverables (if applicable):
• Comprehensive transition management plan at the end of the mission.
• Regular progress reports.

What you bring:

• Mandatory proven experience in Transition Management.
• Technical knowledge in Telecom Networks, preferably in Transmission and IP.
• IT experience related to OSS tools strategy.

Language:

• English and French required; Dutch is a plus.
