Transformation Change & Communications Lead

A prominent human resources firm in Cranfield is looking for a Change Programme and Communications Manager to lead and deliver communications for a major organisational change program. The successful candidate will guide senior leaders in effectively communicating complex changes and engage staff to navigate the transition. This full-time role is a 6-month fixed term contract with a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office 3 to 4 days a week.
