As a Senior Strategy & Transformation Lead within the Sales Strategy team, you will drive key strategic initiatives and help shape the long-term vision for the Sales Organization. You will be part of the Sales Strategy & Operations (SSO) department, a central team responsible for navigating sales strategy, improving sales efficiency, and leading digital transformation across all JET markets. In this role, you will support high-impact strategic initiatives, combining analytical depth with structured execution to enable data-driven decision-making. You'll take ownership of key workstreams, deliver commercial and performance insights, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to improve how we sell, grow, and operate across markets. Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Amsterdam office & 2 days working from home. Lead critical workstreams within high-priority transformation programs, owning project outcomes from hypothesis to implementation and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Develop robust business cases and financial models to guide investment, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions. Serve as a strategic thought partner to Head of Sales Strategy and business leaders, structuring and guiding discussions on key challenges and opportunities within our global sales operating model. Experience in commercial strategy, technology, or food delivery is a plus. Experience applying analytical insights within transformation initiatives to shape strategic decisions, monitor programme performance, and drive continuous improvement across commercial operations. Strong problem-solving and analytical toolkit, with advanced modelling skills in Google Sheets/Excel and the ability to structure ambiguity, analyse complex data, and surface actionable insights; Excellent communication and storytelling skills-confident in distilling complex issues for senior stakeholders through impactful visuals and narratives (powerpoint).
