Transform Lives Company is looking for a passionate Engagement and Employment Coach to join their new hyper-local employment hub in partnership with South Liverpool Homes. You'll provide one-to-one job support, deliver employability workshops, and engage with the community to help residents overcome barriers and progress into work, training, or volunteering.

This full-time role (37.5 hours) offers £27,000-£29,000 per year and the chance to make a real difference through person-centred coaching and outreach. If you're proactive, approachable, and committed to empowering people, they'd love to hear from you!
