What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Broad Transfer Agency knowledge in dealing, contact centre, cash settlements, reconciliations or client service is required
• A background in financial services or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with industry-specific software is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Transfer Agency Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transfer agency services. Your tasks will include:

• Processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintaining and updating client records to ensure compliance.
• Assisting with the reconciliation of accounts and resolving discrepancies.
