Transaction Services Manager

Artemis Human Capital is currently partnering with a highly regarded firm as they seek to expand their Transaction Services team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional with strong financial due diligence or deals experience who is keen to work on a wide range of M&A transactions across both Irish & international markets.

You'll be joining a collaborative & well-established team, gaining exposure to interesting & complex due diligence projects whilst continuing to develop your career.

The Role

Working closely with the senior team, you will:

• Lead & support buy-side & sell-side financial due diligence assignments.
• Analyse financial performance & identify key deal drivers & risks.
• Prepare clear & insightful reports for clients.
• Manage multiple engagements & support project delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients & internal stakeholders.

Candidate Criteria

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally possess:

• A relevant qualification (ACA/ACCA/CFA).
• Previous experience within Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence/Deal Advisory.
• Strong analytical & financial skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
