Trans+ Wellbeing & Advocacy Officer - Community Impact

The Consortium of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Voluntary and Community Organisations is seeking a passionate individual for a 3-year fixed term contract in Colchester. This role focuses on creating and delivering social groups and advocacy services for the adult trans+ community.

You will work alongside the Communities Manager to develop new trans+ groups, coordinate social activities, and evaluate the impact of wellbeing services. Flexible evening hours are required to meet community needs.
