The Decommissioning Alliance (TDA) Training Support Administrator joins the Administration and Training team for the Retrievals East River (RER) project.
The RoleThe Training Support Administration role provides essential coordination and administrative assistance to ensure the effective delivery of construction activities within a regulated environment. Working closely with the Construction, Administration, and Training teams, the role will ensure that personnel meet regulatory and project specific competency standards, and that all training records are accurate, up to date and compliant.
Responsibilities- Assisting with the coordination and tracking of training, competence and SQEP requirements.
- Design and develop training matrixes.
- Coordinating schedules, managing logistics, tracking participant progress, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Ensuring communication between trainers and participants, handling administrative tasks, and updating training materials as needed.
- Managing Training matrixes.
- Ensuring an auditable trail.
- Communicating with relevant departments to keep all training up to date.
- Experience working within a highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrable administration skills within a relevant construction environment.
- Good understanding of safety culture and regulatory compliance.
