Training Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Training Specialist to join our global insurance client on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, international HR team, where you will make a real impact designing and delivering learning programmes.

The Role

As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes and creating engaging learning content that supports business objectives and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of training programmes, including mandatory and developmental content, to global stakeholders, through engaging in-person and virtual workshops using varied instructional techniques
• Design and develop innovative, inclusive learning materials, including digital content, workshops, manuals, and interactive exercises
• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning programmes aligned with organisational needs, incorporating stakeholder feedback
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, communications, and the effective use of learning technologies to deliver and track training
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver effective learning solutions, while maintaining accurate training records and learner progress

The Profile

• Proven experience in Learning & Development ideally within a financial or professional services environment
• Experience in delivering training both face to face and online, on soft skills training and leadership management programmes.
• Ability to design blended learning solutions, including eLearning content using authoring tools.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Hybrid working 2 days in the office in London.
