The overall responsibility includes boosting the competencies of our employees by developing and conducting effective training programs. Job Responsibilities
  1. Supervising structured learning metrics and overseeing their results for the assigned territory and region.
  2. Managing live performance metrics end-to-end for the territory.
  3. Conducting learning sessions on new processes and BQM via ITL or digital learning platforms as required. Delivering various training courses for continuous learning.
  4. Maintaining data and analysis through reports on Excel as per business requirements.
  5. Ensuring timely completion of new hire training, coaching, and other performance improvement programs.
  6. Partnering with operations leaders during station audits to ensure process compliance and address gaps immediately.
  7. Identifying and certifying learning coaches.
  8. Leading individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service and project handling is advantageous.
  • Ability to translate content into regional languages.
  • Support existing data management through analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Graduation in any field.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends if required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Training Specialist or Trainer in a similar role for at least 2 years.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local language (Kannada) for ground team interaction.
