Job overviewThe Training Programme Director will work with and support the Head of School to lead various functions aligned with the NHS England mandate.
Main duties of the jobThe role involves improving learner supervision, assessment, engagement of faculty, and ensuring effective educational outcomes. It also focuses on workforce transformation and developing multi-professional links, working across health and social care sectors.

NHS England holds a Sponsor Licence, enabling sponsorship for eligible candidates meeting the Home Office requirements, including a minimum salary of £38,700 or the relevant 'going rate'.

Person specification Qualifications- Primary medical qualification or on the Specialist Register
- Membership/Fellowship of a relevant College, Faculty, or Professional Body
- Experience working with learners or doctors in training within an educational context
