Contract: Secondment, 18 months (until 31 October 2026)

Hours: Part time - 1 session per week (4 hours)

Job overview

The Training Programme Director will work with and support the Head of School to lead various functions aligned with the NHS England mandate.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend at least 40% of their time working in person.

NHS England holds a Sponsor Licence, enabling sponsorship for eligible candidates meeting the Home Office requirements, including a minimum salary of £38,700 or the relevant 'going rate'.

• Primary medical qualification or on the Specialist Register
• Membership/Fellowship of a relevant College, Faculty, or Professional Body

• Experience working with learners or doctors in training within an educational context
• Experience in clinical and educational leadership
• Proven track record of service and educational delivery
