The Intercantonal Social Higher School of Lausanne (ESSIL) Manager 80 to 100% The Intercantonal Social Higher School of Lausanne (ESSIL) trains professionals in social work. It offers an ES social worker program under the slogan Train and Assert Yourself. It trains 300 students and issues degrees each year. To complete our team, we are looking for a Manager at 80 to 100%. Main Tasks: Ensure the management, follow-up, and processing of student files, from application to diploma issuance, according to procedures and with the tools in use. Actively participate in the admissions process. Participate in managing the professional tools (Moodle, USCOPE, Hyperplanning). Ensure the physical and telephone reception of students, speakers, and external people and respond to usual requests. Contribute to managing distance learning (FAD) via the dedicated tool. Write complex letters, minutes, draft procedures, tools, and documents. Contribute to the smooth running of the school's daily life, also in the face of unforeseen events. Substitute at reception if needed. Required Profile: CFC commercial employee or equivalent. Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a related field, experience in an educational environment is a plus. Excellent skills in the Office suite and Adobe Pro. Positive, dynamic, and solution-oriented personality. Rigor, capacity, a strong sense of responsibility, and a good level of spoken/written French.
