Training Delivery Coordinator - 12 Maternity Cover Harlow Part-Time 22.5 hours Salary £18,239.20 (FTE £30,390)

At Riverway Foods, quality is our sausage! We source and prepare the finest ingredients in our own butchery, then use cutting-edge automation to deliver consistent deliciousness - a whopping 300 tonnes of sausages every week.

We are seeking an experienced Training Delivery Coordinator to implement and deliver an extensive training programme on site. You will be responsible for promoting, training and identifying training needs, as well as controlling and supporting the teams in the delivery of a fully comprehensive training package. The role will also include administration and continuous improvement of training.

Key Accountabilities

• Identifying the learning needs for the business and ensuring all training is reviewed, updated and logged
• Liaising with business and contract managers to plan, book and coordinate training for their teams
• Delivering the on-boarding experience to our gold standard
• Delivering the company induction programme with line managers for all new colleagues and in line with CPC Group standards
• Working closely with Operations to support with 'on the job' training and establish if additional training is required
• Working with HRBP and Group L&D Manager to ensure training is cost effective and within budget.

Skills & experience required

• Working in a similar role supporting/delivering training in the manufacturing sector
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Working in an L&D environment, with either a training qualification or looking to develop their qualifications.
• System savvy, LMS experience desired
