Training Consultant

A well-established Insurance company based in Rotterdam are currently searching for a Freelance Trainer Content Creator to develop & design training program related to IT Applications. You will be expected to travel to Rotterdam regularly to conduct training sessions / programs in person. This will be a 12 Month Contract with a possibility of extension.

Role

• Design training programs & materials for the Programs needs
• Deliver in person training session, workshops & classes
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps
• Help maintain the program induction & training websites
• 1-2-1 Coaching

Profile

• 5+ years' experience in Trainer Function
• Experience in Insurance OR Financial Services
• English Fluent. Dutch OR French Fluency is Essential.
• Experience in IT Training OR Content Creation
• Instructional Design Experience
• Ability to inspire & motivate through training
