How you'll make an impact

As a Training Consultant, you will be driven and passionate about high-quality face-to-face training. You will drive practice success by demonstrating how our solutions are crucial for patients to access dental care. You will work closely with the wider training consultants and the training team leader on delivering professional training.

What you'll do
  • Train customers in the use of our software within their practice environment.
  • Configure the software to meet customer requirements, ensuring the best practice training to maximise usage of the software and modules.
  • Assist the training leader with the production of training-related documents and tasks.
  • Assist the Project Manager with planning and delivering new projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Train other Software of Excellence staff on the software as needed.
  • Promote and train software features to maximise product usage, aiding both the customer and the company in maximising revenue streams.
  • Assist in planning and delivering at Software of Excellence User days and trade shows.
  • While most training will be on customer sites, you should have suitable facilities to work from home when delivering online training and providing support backup as required.
What you'll bring with you
  • Excellent professional face-to-face customer service experience, capable of handling a busy and challenging role.
  • Strong communication skills with external customers and internal teams, demonstrating initiative and a work ethic to exceed expectations.
  • Previous training experience or a training qualification.
  • A1 and V1 assessor awards, experience with e-learning and delivering training.
  • C+G customer service experience is preferable.
  • Dental experience is advantageous.
  • Highly motivated, effective team player, reliant on internal teams for smooth site installations.
  • Experience working away from home as a company representative is advantageous; expect to be away Monday to Friday.
