Job Description
Quality Specialist for Integration Products Job Description In this central role within the Directorate of Professional Integration and Placement (DIPP), you work as a specialist in integration products and quality. You are responsible for managing professional integration products and optimizing processes within the Council and Integration Pole (PCI), in collaboration with the transverse units and relevant stakeholders. You plan, for your portfolio of integration products, the orders to be placed in accordance with the allocated budgets, taking into account the needs of the labor market, job seekers, and priorities defined by the General Directorate of Employment and the Labor Market (DGEM). You ensure the follow-up of the ongoing offers throughout the year, design and implement new integration measures and products, and analyze projects proposed by the integration actors. Finally, you perform quality monitoring of each integration product as well as the organizations involved, in order to constantly adapt the systems to the needs of the labor market and the individuals benefiting from them. This position is initially offered on a fixed-term basis, with a real prospect of progression to a permanent position, including an expansion of responsibilities and an opportunity for advancement both in terms of function and professional development. Responsibilities Management of PCI processes: updating business processes for managing integration products in collaboration with transverse units and other stakeholders. Managing the product portfolio: planning orders to be placed within the allocated budget limits and taking into account labor market (LM) needs and job seekers (JS), as well as priorities. Adjust and adapt the offer of measures and products throughout the year. Design and develop the implementation of new measures based on the needs of the LM and JS and analyze proposed measures' projects by integration actors. Ensure active monitoring of new integration measures and products from the market and other cantons in your areas of expertise (benchmark by academic, ideally in engineering). Significant experience in managing projects for adults or integration projects. Sensitive to continuous improvement, you are resolutely client and solution-oriented, with solid skills in communication and project management. Deep knowledge of employment policies, labor market trends, and the needs of job seekers. Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and proficiency in digital tools. WHO ARE WE?
