You will balance forward-looking strategy with practical implementation, serving as a trusted partner to both business and HR colleagues. If you are a motivated HR professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic, collaborative, and diverse environment, we would like to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

Training needs analysis and planning

  • Design and implement learning initiatives and programmes that align with business priorities and employee development needs.

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify critical skill gaps and provide targeted, results-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with other Group Learning experts (e.g. Training Design, Training Systems, etc) to ensure consistency, alignment, and best practice sharing.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to advance the organization's learning agenda and embed a culture of continuous development that supports long-term business growth.

  • Promote innovation in learning by introducing modern approaches and technologies (e.g., micro-learning, blended solutions, curated learning playlists) to enhance effectiveness and engagement.

Delivery & employee support

  • Lead engaging onboarding and induction programmes that set new joiners up for success.

  • Act as an approachable, on-site contact for employees with any training-related questions or support needs.

  • Manage training logistics end-to-end, including scheduling, liaising with providers, booking venues, and coordinating participants.

  • Source and manage external training providers, co-design training courses, and oversee smooth delivery.

Digital learning & platforms

  • Take a targeted approach to the Learning Management System (LMS): enhance functionality, raise awareness, increase participation, and ensure a seamless learner experience.

  • Manage and curate digital learning content on Cornerstone, creating structured curricula, playlists, and bite-size learning paths.

  • Work with the LMS team to align local initiatives with system-wide developments and optimize platform capabilities.

  • Promote and monitor digital learning engagement, ensuring adoption across the organisation.

Measurement & communication

  • Develop metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal communications to raise visibility of T&D opportunities and enhance the learning culture.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, or related fields.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Humanities, or a related discipline.

  • High level of English proficiency; additional skills in German are beneficial.

  • Demonstrated experience of conducting training needs analyses and delivering learning in hybrid environments.

  • Experience with Cornerstone (or similar LMS) including content management, reporting, and optimization.

  • Experience developing and facilitating engaging training modules, toolkits, and resources.

  • Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and act as an approachable learning partner to employees and leaders alike.

  • Innovative mindset with motivation to explore new learning formats and technologies.

  • Analytical skills to use data and insights to evaluate learning outcomes and shape future initiatives.

  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland (Swiss work permit or CH/EU passport).

Benefits

  • We are committed to providing benefits, which promote mental, physical, and financial well-being. From healthy meal options in our restaurants and bistros to free use of the in-house gym including sport classes with professional trainers.

  • We reimburse public transport for commuting to work; alternatively, we offer free parking space.
