Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Training Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Morley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a varied role, supporting the coordination of training and ensuring compliance across the business.

Location: Morley Contract: 6 Month Temporary Contract (Potential to be Extended)

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm. Office based. Must be available to start week commencing 27th July 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book and coordinate internal and external training courses
  • Maintain and monitor training and compliance trackers
  • Ensure all workers remain compliant with mandatory training requirements
  • Liaise with managers and employees regarding training schedules and renewals
  • Act as the first point of contact on reception and provide a professional front of house service
  • Answer and direct calls via the main switchboard
  • Manage meeting room bookings and general office administration
  • Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as required
  • Carry out a variety of ad hoc administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in administration within a busy office environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear and concise communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with people at all levels
  • Self motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
