What You'll Do

This is a full 360 recruitment role where you'll:

• Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
• Source and interview top property professionals
• Manage the recruitment process from brief to placement
• Drive business development and contribute to team success

• A proactive, resilient, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial experience in sales, customer service, or similar
