Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 a year - Full-time, Permanent Location: Tonbridge TN9 (Free on-site parking)

We are a rapidly expanding, high-performing automotive recruitment specialist. We partner exclusively with massive national dealer groups down to elite independent garages. We are a tight-knit, high-energy team of 6 looking for our next trainee to help us take over the market.

• Sourcing and speaking with high-caliber automotive candidates daily over the phone, LinkedIn, and job boards.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle (writing ads, screening CVs, preparing candidates for interviews).
• Liaising directly with our portfolio of 500+ clients to understand their hiring needs.

• Experience: Experience or no experience-we hire for attitude and will train you up!
• Location: You must be local to Tonbridge (ideally within a 10-mile radius for an easy commute from Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Kings Hill, or Paddock Wood).
• Traits: You are highly motivated, competitive, reliable, detail-focused, and possess a massive willingness to graft.
