Responsibilities

• Drafting and checking documents: Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Client liaison: Communicate confidently and professionally with clients to manage transactions from start to finish.
• Administrative support: Organise meetings, manage appointments, and answer phone inquiries.
• Document management: Photocopy, scan, bind important documents, and liaise with translators as needed.
• Ad hoc duties: Assist with various tasks as assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive attitude with a confident telephone manner.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and work efficiently.
• Native, near native, or bilingual proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in German or Spanish - Desired.
• Foreign legal qualifications - Desired.
