Role Overview

Italian Speaking Trainee Head Hunter

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work, through social media and various other networking tools
• Review and clarify job specifications, competencies, and skills required
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, and their work culture and environment
• Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between clients and candidates
• Provide regular updates and feedback to managers and candidates
• Generate new business using targeted sales strategies either on the phone or in person
• Write job adverts, register new CVs, prepare candidates for interviews, and offer CV advice
• Build longstanding working relationships

Qualifications

• Professional working level Italian and English
• Effective written and spoken communication skills and a competitive, resilient and positive personality
• A can-do attitude and winning mentality

Additional Information

Tiro is a team-focused business, and we do not offer fully remote working. After a successful probation period, you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis (3 days on-site, 2 from home). We do not sponsor work permits.
