The Role First 6 Months - Resourcing & Training

• Learn the Rail & Engineering market
• Source and screen candidates
• Build and manage talent pools
• Support experienced consultants on live roles
• Develop confidence in candidate management

This phase gives you the foundations to succeed in recruitment.

After 6 Months - Sales & Business Development

• Develop and manage your own client relationships
• Proactively win new business
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts
• Start billing and earning commission

This role includes a strong sales and business development focus - you won't just manage jobs; you'll actively grow your desk, build partnerships and drive revenue.
