Trainee Claims Advisor - Legal Expenses (Hybrid)

Arc Legal, a specialist provider of ancillary insurance products and part of the ANV group, is seeking Trainee Claims Advisors for our Colchester office on a hybrid basis.

You'll assess and progress legal expenses claims, review policy coverage, liaise with solicitors, and provide clear updates by phone or email.

We welcome graduates or those with claims, insurance or customer service experience who have strong communication skills and resilience.
