Located in the peaceful and welcoming setting of Pinkhill, Manor Grange Care Home provides exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 83 residents. Purpose-built to offer safety, comfort and dignity, it is a warm and supportive home where staff are truly valued.

We are now recruiting Trainee Care Assistants to join our team. What We Offer

• £12.70 per hour
• contracted to 38.5 hours per week
• Paid PVG, SSSC registration and pension
• Full uniform provided, Free onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will DoAs a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in the lives of our residents, supporting them with everyday tasks and helping them live comfortably, independently and with dignity. You will receive full training and work alongside experienced colleagues, learning how to deliver personalised care with confidence and compassion. You will build meaningful relationships, encourage social engagement, and ensure residents feel safe, respected and supported every day.
